Lymphedema, explained simply.
What is Lymphedema?
Your lymphatic system is a drainage network that carries fluid back from your tissues. Unlike your blood, it has no heart pumping it; it relies on your muscles and movement. When that network is damaged or underdeveloped, fluid can build up and cause swelling. That’s lymphedema. It’s common, it’s manageable, and you deserve clear information about it.
What you’ll find on Lymph Facts
Short, visual explainers on how lymphedema works, myths put to the test, practical tips for daily life, and medical terms in plain language. All based on research, all under a minute.
My promise to you
